The best reference book for basic clinical evoked potentials

I have had all 3 versions of this book (currently own 1st & 3rd), and I would consider it THE essential reference book for clinical evoked potentials. I know so many people who have copies of this book and it was quite common just a few years ago, so I am not sure why these books re-sellers are jacking the price up so insanely high, but if you can get a copy (Any edition) it is worth having.

It is too bad that someone felt they had to mark up a book that is essential for continuing the practice of Evoked Potentials. The person wrote illegibly throughout the book obscuring the text. I'm saddened that a member of the neurophysiology field would feel compelled to make such a gross profit on this book. Shame on you.....
